Welcome to mangalnath.org ("Platform").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform operated by Shree Dharniputra Dharmik Samajik Shod Sansthan Ujjain ("Trust", "we", "our", or "us").
The Platform provides an online facility for devotees to request and manage pooja bookings conducted at Mangalnath Temple, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
The Platform is operated by Shree Dharniputra Dharmik Samajik Shod Sansthan Ujjain. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not owned, operated, or managed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh or any Government authority.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
By using the Platform you confirm that:
The Platform enables devotees to:
Religious rituals are performed solely by authorized temple priests according to temple customs, procedures, and operational requirements.
The Platform provides booking and payment facilitation only.
When creating an account, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
A booking request is initiated once you select the desired pooja, date, and preferred time slot.
Selected slots may be temporarily reserved while payment is completed.
Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in automatic release of the reservation.
A booking becomes confirmed only after:
A unique booking reference will be generated for confirmed bookings.
The selected time slot represents your preferred booking window only.
Selection of a slot does not guarantee that the pooja, havan, abhishek, or any other ritual will commence at the exact selected time.
Actual commencement depends upon various factors including:
Temple authorities may delay, advance, reschedule, batch, or otherwise adjust rituals as necessary to ensure orderly temple operations.
Such adjustments shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
For physical temple visits, devotees are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before their selected booking time.
Temple authorities may require devotees to wait until their pooja is called.
Failure to arrive on time may result in inability to participate without entitlement to refund.
The devotee name, gotra, nakshatra (where applicable), and other details provided during booking are used during the Sankalp and other ritual procedures.
It is your responsibility to verify these details before completing the booking.
Corrections after confirmation may not always be possible.
All payments are processed through authorized payment service providers.
Accepted payment methods depend upon those supported by the payment gateway at the time of payment.
Booking charges are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of refunds shall be at the sole discretion of the Trust, taking into consideration:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the payment gateway and banking institutions.
Delays caused by temple operations, festivals, priest availability, crowd management, or religious ceremonies shall not automatically qualify for refunds.
Temple operations are governed by religious customs and administrative requirements.
During festivals, auspicious dates, special occasions, eclipses, or periods of high devotee turnout:

All Platform content including software, text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, trademarks, and other materials belongs to the Trust or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Religious ceremonies are matters of personal faith.
The Platform makes no representation or warranty regarding any religious, spiritual, personal, financial, or other outcome resulting from participation in any pooja or ritual.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties except as required under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Trust, its trustees, employees, volunteers, priests, representatives, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for booking management, communication, legal compliance, and related purposes.
By making a booking, you consent to receive transactional communications via email, SMS, phone call, or other electronic means relating to your booking, payment, schedule changes, and other service-related updates.
These communications are necessary for providing the service and are not considered promotional.
We reserve the right to suspend, refuse, or cancel any booking if:
Where appropriate, refunds shall be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
Before initiating legal proceedings, users agree to first contact the Trust and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Trust regarding use of the Platform.
