Shipping & Service Policy

Shree Dharniputra Dharmik Samajik Shod Sansthan Ujjain ("we," "our," or "us") operates an online platform for booking poojas, havan, and abhisheks at Mangalnath Temple, Ujjain. This is a service-based platform — no physical goods are shipped or delivered to your address.

1. Nature of Services

All bookings made through the Mangalnath Temple online platform are for temple-based religious services performed at the Mangalnath Temple, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. These services include:

2. Service Delivery

In-person service: All poojas, havan, and abhisheks are performed at the Mangalnath Temple in person. The devotee (or their nominee) must be physically present at the temple at the scheduled time.

3. Prasad

Prasad distribution: After the completion of certain rituals (as part of the temple tradition), prasad (sanctified offering) is distributed to devotees present at the temple. This is provided free of charge and is handed out at the temple after the respective ritual is completed.

4. No Physical Delivery

Since the services are performed at the temple, no physical goods are delivered to your address. Your booking confirmation email serves as proof of your scheduled ritual — no physical ticket or voucher is mailed.

If you need any written confirmation for visa applications, travel planning, or other purposes, please email [email protected] with your booking reference and we can provide a formal letter.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Service cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Since no physical goods are involved, the refund process relates solely to the service booking fee.

6. Accuracy of Service Details

We make every effort to ensure the ritual details (pooja name, duration, what is included) described on the Platform are accurate. However, the exact rituals performed may vary slightly based on the priest's discretion, auspicious timing (muhurat), or temple customs. Any significant deviation will be communicated to you in advance.
